(함양=연합뉴스) 김동민 기자 = 5일 오후 2시 6분께 경남 함양군 지곡면 통영대전고속도로 함양터널 내 1차로로 달리던 그랜저 승용차가 보행자 A(73)씨를 들이받았다.

이 사고로 A씨가 크게 다쳐 현장에서 숨졌다.

경찰은 터널에서 단독 접촉사고를 낸 A씨가 2차 사고 예방을 위해 차로 밖으로 대피하려다 사고가 난 것으로 추정했다.

그랜저 운전자 B(47)씨는 "2차로로 향하던 A씨가 갑자기 1차로로 돌아왔다"고 경찰에 진술했다.

사고 당시 B씨는 과속이나 음주운전은 없었다.

경찰은 B씨 진술과 블랙박스 등을 토대로 정확한 사고 원인을 조사하고 있다.
