(서울=연합뉴스) 이유미 홍규빈 기자 = 이재명 경기도지사는 29일 부동산 투기 대책과 관련, "실거주자 외엔 부동산으로 생기는 불로소득을 100% 환수하면 된다"고 말했다.

이 지사는 유튜브 채널 박시영TV에 출연, "실제 사는 집 외에 가질 이유가 없게 하면 된다"며 이같이 박혔다.

그는 "효과적인 정책은 기득권자의 혜택을 박탈하는 것"이라면서 "부동산을 사서 손해 보거나 이익이 없으면 절대 안 산다"고 말했다.

그는 부동산 공급 대책과 관련, "신규 택지를 개발해서 자꾸 공급하면 구시가지가 완전히 망가진다"고 말했다. 이어 미래통합당의 '서울 주택 100만호 공급' 발표에 대해서도 "(그렇게 하면) 전통주거단지가 다 죽는다"라며 지적했다.

이 지사는 조국 전 법무부 장관과 관련해선 "조 전 장관이 당한 일, 요즘 하는 일에 대해 제가 동병상련이라고(한다)"라며 "지금 소송하고 그러는데 잘하는 것 같다. 박수를 쳐 드리고 싶다"고 말했다.

또 "제가 비정상적 검찰의 가장 큰 피해를 본 사람 중 하나 아니냐"라며 "사람의 생사를 가르는 권력을 가진 집단은 민주적 통제가 중요하다"라고 말했다.

그는 추미애 법무부 장관과 윤석열 검찰총장 간 갈등 양상과 관련해서도 "(검찰이) 권력을 자의적으로 행사하지 않는 게 중요한데 추 장관은 그런 측면에서 나름대로 노력하는 것"이라고 평가했다.

또 "미국에선 주민이 검사를 직선으로 뽑지 않느냐"라며 "기소 업무를 지방 검찰청 단위로 하고 검사장을 주민 직선으로 (선출)했으면 좋겠다"고 밝혔다.
