'재산신고 누락' 조수진 "여당 의원도 다수 문제돼"

(서울=연합뉴스) 나확진 기자 = 4·15 총선 당시 재산신고에서 11억원 상당액을 누락해 시민단체에 의해 고발된 국민의힘 조수진 의원이 9일 여당 의원들의 재산신고에도 문제가 있다고 주장했다.

조 의원은 이날 페이스북에서 "여러 법조인이 여당, 여당 2중대 의원들을 선관위에 신고했다고 알려왔다"며 "여당 지역구 의원 총선 공보물과 이번 공직자 재산신고 내역을 대조하니 전세권 누락, 부동산 미신고, 예금·비상장주식 미신고 등 다양한 문제가 보인다고 한다"고 밝혔다.

그러면서 조 의원은 강원지사를 지낸 이광재 의원, 중소벤처기업진흥공단 이사장을 지낸 이상직 의원, 의정부지검장 출신 김회재 의원, 판사 출신 최기상 의원, 광역단체장 비서실장 출신 문진석·허영 의원 등 더불어민주당 의원들의 실명을 거론했다.

그는 "정치 신인이 아닌 국회의원, 기관장 등 수차례 공직자 재산신고를 경험했던 의원들이 다수 포함됐다"고 말했다.

이어 "총선 당시 민주당이 제시한 1주택 공천 기준에 맞춰 의도적으로 빼고 신고했다면 지역 유권자를 속였다는 얘기"라며 "총선 이후 재산 내역이 달라졌다면 허위사실공표로 처벌을 받을 수 있다"고 했다.

기존에 재산신고를 해온 일부 여당 의원들의 경우 의도적으로 신고를 누락했을 가능성을 언급한 것이다. "비례대표 초선 후보로 갑작스럽게 재산신고를 준비하는 과정에 실수가 있었다"는 자신과 차이가 있다는 주장이기도 하다.

조 의원은 또 김진애 양정숙 김홍걸 이수진 윤미향 의원 등 여권 비례대표 의원들도 선관위 신고 대상에 포함됐다고 덧붙였다.

그는 또 다른 페이스북 글에서 자신의 재산 관련 의혹을 제기한 민주당 김용민 의원이 대법관 후보자 인사청문회에서 '고생 많으셨다'며 처음으로 인사를 청했다고 전하며 "정치, 이왕 시작했다면 최소한 비열하게는 하지 말자. 소름이 끼친다"고 적었다.

또한 자신의 아파트에 한 방송사가 찾아와 탐문하고 갔다면서 "추미애 법무부 장관 아들에 이어 딸까지 의혹에 의혹이 꼬리를 물고 이어지는데도 일개 야당 비례 초선 때려잡아 보겠다고 혈안이 돼 있다니, 입이 다물어지지 않는다"고 비판했다.
