[특징주] 삼성전자 이틀째 강세…4% 가까이 상승 마감(종합)

(서울=연합뉴스) 김태종 기자 = 삼성전자[005930]가 8조원 규모의 5G(5세대 이동통신) 장비 계약 소식 등으로 8일 유가증권시장에서 4% 가까이 뛰었다.

이날 삼성전자는 전일보다 3.89%(2천200원) 오른 5만8천700원에 거래를 마쳤다. 7일 1.62% 상승한 데 이어 이틀 연속 상승이다.

삼성전자는 1.59% 상승한 5만7천400원에 거래를 시작해 상승 폭을 확대했다.

개인이 736만주 순매도에 나섰지만, 외국인이 456만주를 사들였고 기관도 294만주를 순매수했다.

전날 발표한 대규모 네트워크 장비 장기 공급계약이 이틀째 호재로 작용했다.

삼성전자는 이동통신 매출 기준 세계 1위 통신사업자인 미국 버라이즌과 7조9천억원(미화 66억4천만달러) 규모의 네트워크 장비 장기 공급계약을 맺었다고 7일 공시한 바 있다.

이 계약은 한국 통신장비 산업 역사상 최대 규모의 단일 수출 계약으로, 삼성전자 연결 자산총액의 10%에 해당한다.

여기에 삼성전자[005930] 파운드리(반도체 위탁생산)가 중저가형 스마트폰을 겨냥한 퀄컴의 5세대 이동통신(5G) 칩을 수주한 것으로 알려지면서 주가 상승에 힘을 보탰다.

퀄컴의 5G 애플리케이션 프로세서(AP) 스냅드래곤 4-시리즈의 생산을 맡게 된 것으로, 4-시리즈는 중국 샤오미(小米)와 오포, 모토로라 등이 구매자로 알려진 중저가형 5G 칩이다.

이와 함께 3분기 실적에 대한 기대감도 작용하고 있다.

스마트폰과 TV, 가전제품의 판매 회복으로 최근 증권가에서는 3분기 영업이익이 10조원을 넘어설 것이란 기대가 흘러나오고 있다.

삼성전자의 3분기 영업이익이 10조원을 넘어서게 되면 2018년 4분기(10조8천억원) 이후 2년 만에 10조원대 영업이익을 기록하게 된다.
