(부산=연합뉴스) 조정호 기자 = 태풍 마이삭에 피해를 본 부산지역 산업 현장이 미처 피해 복구를 못 한 상태에서 태풍 하이선으로 또 피해를 당한 것으로 나타났다.

기업에서 아직 피해를 정확하게 파악하지 못한 점을 고려하면 피해 규모는 앞으로 훨씬 더 커질 것으로 보인다.

부산상공회의소는 7일 오전 지역 주요 공단별 거점 기업 70여 곳을 대상으로 태풍 하이선 피해 상황을 긴급 모니터링했다고 8일 밝혔다.

부산상의 모니터링 내용에 따르면 태풍 하이선은 영향을 미친 시간은 짧았지만, 태풍 마이삭 피해를 미처 복구하지 못한 산업 현장에 적지 않은 추가적인 피해를 발생시킨 것으로 나타났다.

사하구 신평동에 위치한 A사는 공장 외벽과 지붕 패널이 추가로 파손돼 피해 규모를 4천만원 상당으로 추산했다.

이 업체는 태풍 마이삭으로 찢겨 나간 부분을 임시로 복구해 놓은 상태에서 피해를 봐 복구를 위해 다시 뜯어 내야 하는 철거 비용까지 이중으로 부담해야 할 상황이다.

태풍 경로와 가까운 영도구와 동부산 지역에 상대적으로 피해가 컸다.

건물 4층 높이를 넘는 큰 파도 덮친 영도 해안가 공장은 거의 쑥대밭이 됐다.

영도에 있는 자동차부품을 생산하는 B사는 "5천평에 이르는 공장 외벽과 지붕에 피해를 봤고 누수로 적재된 제품에도 손상이 발생해 현재 추산 피해 규모만 억대에 이른다"고 하소연했다.

영도구 청학동에 위치한 C조선은 공장 인근이 전부 침수되면서 손해를 입었다.

D사는 태풍 마이삭 때 강풍에 날아간 공장 외벽이 이번에는 높은 파도로 인해 또 심각한 손상을 입었다.

영도구 대평동에 위치한 E조선도 인근 회사 해양구조물이 파도에 떠 내려와 일부 시설물이 파손되는 피해를 보기도 했다.

기장군 정관읍과 장안읍에 위치한 기업 중에도 상당수가 공장 외벽과 지붕이 파손됐다.

태풍에 의한 정전으로 생산을 중단하고 전 직원을 휴가 조치한 기업도 있었다.

부산상의는 이번 모니터링 결과를 부산시를 비롯한 유관기관과 공유하고 피해를 본 기업에 조속한 복구와 피해 최소화를 위해 적극적인 협조를 요청할 계획이다.
