서울 잠수교 차량 전면통제…반포한강공원도 폐쇄(종합)

(서울=연합뉴스) 임화섭 정성조 기자 = 집중호우로 팔당댐 방류량이 늘면서 한강의 수위가 높아져 2일 오후 5시 27분부터 서울 잠수교의 차량 통행이 전면 통제되고 있다고 서울시 재난안전대책본부가 밝혔다.

서울시는 잠수교 지점 수위가 6.2ｍ를 넘으면 차량 통행을 통제한다. 오후 9시 10분 기준 수위는 7.09ｍ였다. 수위가 6.5ｍ가 되면 잠수교 도로에 물이 찬다.

수위가 높아지면서 침수된 서초구 반포한강공원에 출입이 통제된 데 이어 오후 7시 50분께부터는 한강공원과 연결된 반포·잠원·신잠원 나들목이 긴급폐쇄됐다.

서초구는 긴급문자안내를 통해 반포·잠원 한강공원 이용객들에게 신속히 한강공원 밖으로 이동토록 권고했다.

시 관계자는 "잠수교는 만수위가 유지되고 있어 차량 통제가 자정 넘어서도 계속될 것으로 보인다"고 설명했다.

잠수교 통제가 아침까지 이어질 경우 이 일대에 출근길 교통체증이 벌어질 수 있다.

오후 4시께 초당 1만t에 육박하는 물을 방류한 팔당댐은 오후 9시 10분 현재 초당 7천500여t을 방류하고 있다.

팔당댐을 관리하는 한국수력원자력 관계자는 "밤사이 강수량에 따라 방류량은 다시 늘어날 수도 있다"고 말했다.
