(서울=연합뉴스) 김지헌 기자 = 서울시는 오는 15일부터 30일까지 2주간 시내 7천560개 모든 종교시설을 대상으로 집합제한 행정명령을 내린다고 14일 밝혔다.

대상 시설은 교회 6천989개, 사찰 286개, 성당 232개, 원불교 교당 53개 등이다.

대상 시설에서는 정규 예배를 제외한 종교시설 명의의 각종 대면 모임이나 행사, 음식 제공, 단체 식사가 금지된다.

정규 예배에서는 찬송을 자제해야 하고 통성기도 등은 금지된다.

시는 이번 주말 교회 등에 대한 현장 점검을 시행할 방침이다. 명령을 지키지 않으면 고발될 수 있다.

시는 또 최근 대규모 집단감염이 발생한 성북구 사랑제일교회 교인과 방문자 4천53명에게 자가격리 조치와 검사이행 명령을 내렸다. 이들 역시 명령을 어기면 고발될 수 있다.

그간 서울 종교시설은 지난 6월 3일부터 '방역수칙 준수 권고'를 받은 상태였다.

시는 최근 수도권 교회에서 시작된 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 전파가 n차 감염으로 이어지는 사례가 다수 발생해 조치를 강화한다고 설명했다.

서정협 서울시장 권한대행은 "15∼17일 연휴가 2차 대유행을 가름하는 중대 고비"라며 "시민 모두가 연대의식으로 협조해주시기 바란다"고 말했다.

14일 서울에서는 사랑제일교회 관련 18명 등 신규 확진자 58명이 발생했다. 이는 역대 서울 하루 확진자 최다 기록이다.
