폴란드 대선 무효 소송서 대법원, 두다 대통령 재선 확인

(베를린=연합뉴스) 이광빈 특파원 = 폴란드 대법원이 안제이 두다 현 대통령의 승리로 끝난 대선 결과에 대한 무효 소송에서 결과가 적법하다고 판결했다.

3일 AP 통신에 따르면 대법원은 제기된 부정 선거 의혹 가운데 일부를 인정했지만, 선거 결과에 영향을 미치지 않았다고 밝혔다.

이에 따라 두다 대통령은 오는 6일 의회에서 취임 선서를 하고 두 번째 임기를 시작한다.

야당은 해외 유권자들이 투표용지가 늦게 도착해 투표를 하기 어려운 경우가 많았고, 공영방송이 두다 대통령에게 유리하게 편파적으로 보도했다고 문제를 제기했다.

지난달 12일 치러진 대선 결선투표에서는 집권여당인 법과정의당(PiS)의 지원을 받은 두다 대통령이 51.2%의 득표율로 재선에 성공했다.

야당의 대표 후보로 나선 라파우 트샤스코프스키 바르샤바 시장은 49.6%의 득표율을 기록하며 간발의 차이로 낙선했다.

법과정의당은 우파 민족주의 성향으로 사법장악 논란을 일으키며 유럽연합(EU)과 대립해왔다.
