'상습 침수' 강남역 다시 물난리…하수 역류·도로 일부 잠겨

(서울=연합뉴스) 김승욱 기자 = 토요일인 1일 서울 전역에 호우 특보(경보·주의보)가 내려진 가운데 상습 침수 지역인 강남역 일대 일부가 또 물에 잠겼다.

시민들은 이날 집중호우로 강남역 일대에 '물난리'가 났다며 트위터 등 사회관계망서비스(SNS)에 관련 사진들을 속속 올렸다.

해당 사진들을 보면 맨홀 뚜껑이 열려 하수가 역류하거나 사람 발목 높이의 흙탕물이 인도를 뒤덮고 있다.

타이어 일부가 빗물에 잠긴 차들이 물살을 가르며 주행하는 모습도 담겼다.

강남역 일대는 지대가 낮아 2010년과 2011년 국지성 집중호우 때도 물바다로 변한 적이 있다.

오후 5시 현재 서울 전역에는 호우주의보가 발효돼 있다. 한때 호우경보가 내려졌지만 빗줄기가 다소 약해지면서 호우주의보로 변경됐다.

기상청 관계자는 "오늘 오후 9시께 비구름대가 강하게 발달하면서 다시 호우경보로 강화할 가능성이 있다"고 말했다.

기상청에 따르면 이날 0시부터 오후 5시 25분까지 서울의 대표적인 기상 관측 지점인 종로구 송월동에는 33.3㎜의 비가 내렸다.

강남역 일대인 서초구 서초동에는 36.0㎜의 강수량을 기록했다. 오후 들어 집중호우가 내리면서 침수가 발생한 것으로 보인다.

구별로 살펴보면 관악구에는 서울에서 가장 많은 61.0㎜의 비가 내렸다. 반면 인근 구로구에는 9.0㎜의 비가 내리는 등 지역별 편차가 컸다.
