(서울ㆍ연천=연합뉴스) 이충원 노승혁 기자 = 경기도 연천군은 3일 집중호우로 차탄천이 범람할 우려가 있다며 인근 연천읍 차탄리 일부 주민에 대피령을 내렸다고 밝혔다.

군 관계자는 연합뉴스에 "차탄천이 범람했다는 재난문자는 사실과 다르다"며 "차탄천이 범람한 게 아니라 차탄리 일부 지역이 배수 문제로 범람할 우려가 있어서 주민을 대피시킨 것"이라고 설명했다.

군은 마을 방송을 통해 "차탄리 주민들은 인근 마을회관 2곳과, 연천초등학교, 수레울 아트홀로 이동 대피하라고 안내 방송을 하고 있다"고 말했다.

연천읍 차탄리 지역에는 2일 오후 10시부터 3시간 동안 120㎜가 넘는 집중호우가 내렸다.

연천군은 이날 새벽 재난문자에서 '차탄천 범람, 위험지역에 계신 분들은 안전한 곳으로 신속하게 대피하기 바란다'고 알렸다.

앞서 포천시는 이날 오전 1시를 기해 산사태 경보 발령을 내렸다.

시는 산림, 급경사지 등 위험지역 주변 주민과 방문객은 대피명령 시 안전지대로 대피해 달라고 당부했다.

포천시의 누적 강수량은 1일 0시부터 이날 오전 3시까지 관인면 305mm를 기록했다.
