통합 "지역폄하·물타기"…朴 향해 "다주택자 도둑들"

(서울=연합뉴스) 이대희 류미나 기자 = 더불어민주당 박범계 의원이 인상적인 연설로 주목받는 미래통합당 윤희숙 의원을 두고 1일 "이미지 가공"이라고 저격했다.

그러면서 "그쪽 당은 이상한 억양을 쓴다"고 말했다. 통합당은 "다주택자의 지역 폄하"라며 박 의원의 사과를 요구했다.

박 의원은 이날 자신의 페이스북에서 윤 의원을 겨냥, "임차인이라고 강조했지만, 언론에 따르면 현재도 1주택을 소유한 임대인"이라며 "소위 오리지널은 아닌데 마치 평생 임차인으로 산 듯 호소하며 이미지 가공하는 것은 좀…"이라고 적었다.

자신도 임차인이라고 소개한 윤 의원이 지난달 30일 본회의에서 "4년 있다가 꼼짝없이 월세로 들어가게 된다"며 민주당 주도로 처리된 계약갱신청구권과 전월세상한제를 비판한 점을 지적한 것이다.

박 의원은 "일단 의사당에서 눈을 부라리지 않고 이상한 억양을 쓰지 않으며 조리 있게 말한 것은 그쪽(통합당)에서는 귀한 사례이니 평가를 한다"면서도 "임대인이 그리 쉽게 거액의 전세금을 돌려주고 월세를 바꿀 수 있을까"라고 반문했다.

통합당은 박 의원의 '이상한 억양' 표현을 두고 지역 폄하라며 사과를 요구했다. 통합당에 경상도 사투리를 쓰는 의원들이 많기 때문이다.

황규환 부대변인은 구두 논평에서 "마치 특정 지역을 폄하하는 듯 들린다. 아니면 특정인을 폄하하는 것인지"라며 "임대인과 임차인 편 가르기를 하더니 이제는 임차인끼리 또 편을 가르는 모양새"라고 비판했다.

장제원 의원은 페이스북에 "윤 의원이 너무 뼈를 때리는 연설을 했는지 박 의원답지 않은 논평을 했다"며 "논리가 부족할 때 가장 쉽게 쓰는 공격기술이 '메신저 때려 메시지 물타기'인데, 박 의원이 그런 기술을 쓰는 것은 좀 아니다"라고 꼬집었다.

조수진 의원도 페이스북에 "박 의원은 대전의 아파트, 경남 밀양의 건물, 대구의 주택·상가를 보유 중"이라며 "(민주당 소병훈 의원이 언급한) 범죄자들·도둑들의 내로남불은 역시 끝을 모른다"고 적었다.
