(서울=연합뉴스) 김철선 기자 = 한국노동조합총연맹(한국노총) 인천국제공항공사노조는 1일 서울 중구 청계천 광통교 인근에서 '투명하고 공정한 정규직 전환 촉구 문화제'를 열고 "졸속으로 진행되는 정규직 전환을 즉각 중단하라"고 촉구했다.

노조는 "정규직화 방식을 두고 지난 2월 노조·공사·전문가가 합의안을 도출해냈지만, 구본환 인천국제공항공사 사장은 일방적으로 합의안을 파기하고 졸속 정규직화를 추진하고 있다"고 주장했다.

노조는 "정규직화를 반대하는 것이 아니라 노사 합의 없는 일방적인 정규직화를 반대하는 것"이라며 "졸속으로 추진되는 정규직화를 즉각 멈추고, 국민의 눈높이에 부합하는 성공적인 전환을 위해 노조와 소통하라"고 요구했다.

노조는 '공정'이라는 단어가 적힌 마스크와 물병을 참석자들에게 나눠줬다. 주최 측은 이날 공사 직원과 취업준비생 등 1천500여명이 참석했다고 추산했다.

참석자들은 "기회는 평등하게, 과정은 공정하게, 결과는 정의롭게" 등 구호를 외쳤다. 이들은 공사 직원들이 직접 만든 '공정송' 노래를 부르고, 부러진 연필을 다시 붙이는 퍼포먼스도 진행했다.

앞서 공사는 지난 6월 1천902명인 여객보안검색 근로자를 '청원경찰' 형태로 직고용하기로 발표했다.

이를 두고 공사 기존 노조와 취업준비생들 사이에서는 사실상 100% 직고용되는 약 1천명의 보안검색 요원들이 받는 혜택이 과도하다는 반발이 나왔다.

노조는 공사의 직고용 결정에 문제가 있다며 감사원에 공익감사를 청구한 상태다.
