주호영 "집권세력, '부동산 가진 자' 겨냥 증오심 선동"

"헌법 파괴 집권 세력"·"공산주의" 비판

(서울=연합뉴스) 나확진 기자 = 미래통합당 주호영 원내대표는 2일 정부·여당의 부동산 정책과 관련, "'부동산을 가진 자에게 고통을 주겠다'는 선동이 국민들의 가슴에 증오심을 불러일으키고 있다"고 비판했다.

주 원내대표는 페이스북 글에서 "'계층 간의 적대감을 키우는 것이, 우리의 집권에 절대적으로 유리하다' 이런 속내가 엿보인다"면서 이같이 밝혔다.

그는 "우리의 국가 권력과 행정 권력은 규제와 과세로 부동산, 특히 강남 아파트 가격을 때려잡겠다고 기세등등하다"면서 "이것은 가능하지 않을뿐더러, 우리 헌법이 자제하도록 권고하고 있는 일"이라고 말했다.

이어 "강남 부동산을 잡는데 헌법이 방해된다면, 헌법도 고치겠다는 것이 여당의 책임 있는 분이 내놓은 해법"이라면서 "대한민국의 시스템, 헌법을 파괴하는 집권 세력…한 번도 경험해보지 못한 일이 우리 세대에 벌어지고 있다"고 밝혔다.

그는 "수십억 현찰, 주식 가진 도지사, 여당 중진의원이 '부동산 두 채 가진 것은 범죄'라고 펄펄 뛴다"면서 "그 논리대로라면 주식 부자, 현찰 부자에게도 고통을 주어야 마땅하다. 기준 이상의 주식과 현찰을 보유하는 사람들을 처벌하고 초과분을 강제 징수하도록 헌법을 개정해야 하지 않을까"라고 반문했다.

그러면서 "'내 손과 발로 노동하여 벌어들인 노동 수익만 인정해야 한다', '사적 소유는 모두 국가가 거둬들여야 한다'는 것은 칼 마르크스가 던진 과감한 사회개혁 방안, 공산주의"라고 말했다.

그는 또 경기도가 '토지 거래 허가제', '주택 거래 허가제'를 하려 한다며, 헌법상 거주이전의 자유에 어긋나는 "명백한 위헌"이라고 주장했다.
