임진강 필승교 수위 급상승…연천지역 시간당 70㎜ 폭우(종합)

수위 2.5ｍ 넘어 '긴장'…"주민·행락객 주의" 당부

(의정부=연합뉴스) 김도윤 기자 = 경기 연천군 임진강 최북단 필승교 수위가 빠르게 상승하고 있다. 2일 오후 11시 30분 현재 2.68ｍ를 기록 중이다.

필승교 수위가 2ｍ를 넘은 것은 올들어 처음이다. 평소 수위는 0.3ｍ 수준이다.

이 지역에는 현재 시간당 70㎜ 안팎의 장대비가 내리고 있다.

앞서 경기도는 이날 오후 9시 50분 임진강 최북단 필승교 수위가 행락객 대피 수위 1ｍ를 넘자 수계인 연천·파주지역에 주의를 당부하는 재난 문자를 발송했다.

임진강 홍수를 조절하는 군남댐 유입량도 빠르게 늘고 있다.

초당 1천933t이 유입돼 885t을 방류하고 있다.

군남댐 수위도 27.5ｍ까지 올랐다. 그러나 계획 홍수위 40ｍ까지는 여유가 있다.

임진강 상류에 비구름이 머물며 강한 폭우가 쏟아지면서 군남댐 방류량이 늘어 파주 등 하류지역 침수 피해도 우려되는 상황이다.

연천군과 파주시는 취약지역을 살피면서 긴장하고 있다.

경기북부 전역에는 호우경보가 발효 중이다. 특히 연천지역에는 지난 1일부터 산사태 주의보도 함께 내려져 있다.

지난달 31일부터 사흘간 누적 강수량은 이날 오후 11시 현재 연천 백학 232.0㎜, 포천 관인 199.0㎜, 파주 적성 187.0㎜, 양주 백석 159.5㎜ 등을 기록 중이다.

기상청 관계자는 "3일까지 최대 300㎜의 비를 예상한다"며 "많은 비로 지반이 약해지는 만큼 시설물 관리와 안전에 주의해 달라"고 당부했다.
