(광주=연합뉴스) 장아름 기자 = 7일 광주·전남에 최고 300mm가 넘는 폭우가 내리면서 광주천이 범람 위기에 놓이고 영산강과 섬진강 다리 8곳에 홍수특보가 내려졌다.

광주시는 이날 서구 양동 태평교와 광천 1·2교, 광암교, 광주천 하부 도로 등이 범람 우려가 발생해 주변 통행을 통제했다.

광주시와 자치구는 양동시장과 복개상가 상인들에게 대피명령을 내렸다.

광주 북구 석곡천도 범람 우려가 있어 주민 대피가 이뤄졌다.

영산강 홍수통제소에 따르면 이날 영산강 다리 3곳에 호우경보·1곳에 호우주의보가 내려졌으며 섬진강 다리 3곳에 호우경보·1곳에 호우주의보가 발령됐다.

영산강의 경우 나주 나주대교와 남평교, 광주 극락교에 홍수경보가 내려졌고 광주 장록교에 호우주의보가 발효 중이다.

광주 극락교 수위는 8일 오전 1시 현재 7.74m를 기록해 주의보 기준치인 7.5m를 넘었으며 오전 2시 20분께는 경보 기준치인 8.5m에 도달할 것으로 예상됐다.

나주대교 수위는 전날 오후 7시 40분께 10.38m까지 상승했고 오후 9시 30분께 경보 수위인 11m에 도달할 것으로 예보됐다.

남평교 수위는 전날 오후 4.48m까지 높아졌으며 같은 날 오후 늦게 홍수경보 수치인 5.5m까지 수위가 오를 것으로 전망됐다.

섬진강은 구례 송정리와 구례교, 곡성 금곡교에 호우 경보가 내려졌고 곡성 태안교에 호우주의보가 내려졌다.

송정리는 전날 오후 9시 50분께 수위가 16.07m까지 올랐고 오후 10시 50분께 경보 기준치인 17m에 달할 것으로 예상됐다.

구례교는 오후 8시 30분께 수위가 7.63m에 도달했고 오후 9시 30분께 8m까지 오를 것으로 관측됐다.

금곡교는 오후 7시 10분께 수위가 6.49m까지 올랐으며 오후 8시께 홍수경보 수위인 7m까지 차오를 것으로 전망됐다.

지난 7일 오전 0시부터 8일 오전 1시 30분까지 광주 남구 325.5mm, 화순 북면 320mm, 곡성 옥과 284.5mm, 나주 271.5mm, 구례 피아골 253mm 등 많은 비가 내렸다.

오후 한때 나주의 시간당 최대 강수량이 65.5㎜를 기록하기도 했다.
