(남원=연합뉴스) 임채두 기자 = 거센 장맛비로 순천∼완주 고속도로 순천 방향 사매3터널 입구에 토사가 쏟아지면서 차량 통행이 차단됐다.

8일 한국도로공사와 전북경찰청에 따르면 이날 오전 7시 30분께 사매3터널 입구 양옆 비탈에서 토사가 쏟아졌다는 신고가 접수됐다.

이로 인한 인명피해는 발생하지 않았다고 경찰은 전했다.

도로공사와 경찰은 도로 복구 작업을 위해 차량 운행을 차단했다.

경찰은 이 구간을 지나는 고속도로 차량을 오수나들목 17번 국도를 통해 남원나들목과 서남원나들목으로 우회시키고 있다.

경찰 관계자는 "현재 소방, 한국도로공사와 함께 터널 입구 복구 작업을 벌이고 있다"며 "차량 통행이 정상화하려면 시간이 좀 필요하다"고 말했다.
