롯데관광개발, 2분기 매출 급감에 상장 실질심사 사유 발생

18일부터 매매거래 정지

(서울=연합뉴스) 곽민서 기자 = 유가증권시장(코스피) 상장사 롯데관광개발[032350]이 2분기 매출 급감으로 시장에서 퇴출당할 위기에 놓였다.

16일 금융감독원 전자공시시스템에 따르면 한국거래소는 롯데관광개발이 반기보고서를 통해 2분기 매출액이 5억원 미만인 사실을 공시함에 따라 이 회사에 상장 적격성 실질심사 사유가 발생했다고 지난 14일 공시했다.

유가증권시장 상장 규정에 따르면 코스피 상장사는 분기별 매출액이 5억원 미만일 경우 실질심사 사유가 발생한다.

이에 따라 롯데관광개발의 매매거래는 오는 18일부터 심사 대상 여부가 결정될 때까지 정지된다.

결정 시한은 내달 7일이다.

롯데관광개발은 지난 1971년 설립된 여행·관광업체로 올해 2분기 약 3억원의 매출을 기록한 것으로 알려졌다.

코스닥 상장사인 여행사 세중[039310] 역시 매출액 기준 미달로 실질심사 사유가 발생해 지난 14일 매매거래가 정지됐다.
