상반기 보수 극과 극…효성 조석래 266억·이재용 0원(종합)

신동빈 대폭 감소…구광모는 작년 1년치보다 많아

조석래, GS 허창수 퇴직금 효과…실질 보수 1위는 김택진

(서울=연합뉴스) 김영신 기자 = 국내 주요 대기업 그룹의 총수·전문경영인들이 올해 상반기에 받은 보수의 편차가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

주요 대기업 총수 중 '보수왕'이었던 신동빈 롯데그룹 회장의 상반기 보수는 작년 상반기보다 10억원 이상 줄어들었고, 구광모 LG그룹 회장은 상반기에 작년 한해 연봉보다 더 많이 받았다.

조석래 효성 명예회장은 퇴직금을 포함해 총 266억원을 받아 주요 그룹 오너 일가 중 최고 기록을 세웠다.

14일 각사가 공시한 반기보고서에 따르면 10대 그룹 총수 중 가장 많은 보수를 받은 사람은 신동빈 롯데그룹 회장이다. 그러나 작년 상반기와 비교하면 약 15% 감소했다.

신동빈 회장은 올 상반기 6개 계열사에서 총 62억8천만원을 받았다. 지난해 상반기엔 7개 계열사에서 총 79억원을 받았으나 지난해 롯데건설 대표이사에서는 물러났고, 올해 호텔롯데 기본급 50%가 삭감됐다.

허태수 GS그룹 회장은 상반기 60억200만원을 받아 총수 중 2위에 올랐다. 허 회장 상반기 보수 중 GS홈쇼핑[028150] 퇴직금이 51억600만원이다.

구광모 LG그룹 회장은 상반기에 상여금 36억4천만원, 급여 21억8천400만원 등 총 58억2천400만원을 받아 3위였다.

이는 지난해 연봉(53억9천600만원)보다 많고, 작년 상반기와 비교하면 81% 증가했다.

LG 측은 "상여금은 전년 성과를 기준으로 상반기에 한번 지급한다"며 "지난해 어려운 경영환경 속에서 견조한 실적 성과를 달성한 점을 고려했다"고 설명했다.

현대차그룹의 실질적 총수인 정의선 수석부회장은 상반기 보수가 작년과 비슷한 21억8천300만원이었다. 부친인 정몽구 회장은 작년(37억4천만원)보다 크게 감소한 24억3천만원을 수령했다.

최태원 SK그룹 회장은 작년보다 약 1억원 감소한 39억원을 받았다.

이재용 삼성전자[005930] 부회장은 '무보수'를 이어갔다. 이 부회장은 국정농단 사건으로 구속됐던 2017년 2월 직후인 그해 3월부터 보수를 받지 않았다. 2018년 2월 석방됐으나 무보수 경영을 이어가고 있다.

조석래 효성 명예회장은 퇴직금을 포함해 총 266억1천900만원을 받아 올해 상반기 재계에서 최고 보수를 기록했다. 조 명예회장은 2018년 1월 경영에서 물러난 데 대한 퇴직금을 올해 3월 정산받았다.

허창수 GS그룹 명예회장은 ㈜GS에서 퇴직금을 포함한 117억7천300만원, GS건설에서도 33억8천200만원 등 총 151억5천500만원을 받았다. 이명희 신세계그룹 회장은 총 18억7천400만원, 정용진 신세계그룹 부회장은 15억9천600만원, 정유경 신세계[004170] 총괄사장은 14억300만원을 각각 받았다.

이밖에 구자열 LS그룹 회장은 65억원, 구자균 LS일렉트릭 회장 43억2천600만원, 이재현 CJ그룹 회장은 38억5천만원, 이해욱 대림그룹 회장 22억5천만원, 조현준 효성 회장 16억원, 조원태 한진그룹 회장 14억원, 박정원 두산그룹 회장 8억7천만원 등이었다.

총수·일가를 제외하고는 권오현 삼성전자 상임고문이 상반기 보수 113억원으로 가장 많았다. 권 고문의 보수 중 대부분은 퇴직금(93억원)이다.

퇴직금을 제외한 실질적 보수를 가장 많이 받은 주요 기업인은 김택진 엔씨소프트 대표였다. 김 대표는 올해 상반기에 급여와 상여금 등 총 132억9천만원을 받았다.
