(울산=연합뉴스) 울산시립교향악단의 2020 디스커버리 시리즈 '클래식 할 뻔(FUN)' 두 번째 공연이 21일 오후 8시 문화예술회관 대공연장 무대에 오른다.

올해 시리즈는 '세계음악 기행'이라는 새로운 부제로 기획됐다.

6월 '미국과 영국 편'에 이어 이번 시간에는 '러시아와 동유럽' 편으로 꾸며진다.

서희태 지휘자 지휘와 해설로 진행된다.

차이콥스키, 보로딘, 드보르자크, 바르톡 등 동유럽 작곡가 유명 작품에 얽힌 스토리와 그에 관련된 아름다운 음악을 오케스트라 연주로 감상해 볼 수 있다.

이번 연주회 프로그램 중 드보르자크의 '첼로 협주곡' 제1악장 연주에는 첼리스트 여윤수가 협연자로 나선다.

여윤수는 과거 금호 영재 아티스트로 선발돼 만 11살 나이로 수원시향과 협연한 바 있다.

이화 경향, 성정 콩쿠르, 음악 춘추 등 다수 콩쿠르에서 1위를 차지했다.

현재는 커티스 음대에 재학하며 미국 보스턴 'From the Top' 소속 아티스트로 연주 활동 중이다.

이번 공연 입장료는 전석 1만 원이며, 회관 회원 30%, 단체는 20%, 학생(초·중·고) 및 청소년증 소지자는 50% 할인 혜택을 받을 수 있다.

울산시립예술관 사무국은 19일 "쉽고 듣기 편한 공연으로 클래식 대중화에 앞장서는 시립교향악단의 디스커버리 시리즈는 재미있으면서도 유익한 프로그램 구성으로 코로나19 상황에도 불구하고 많은 인기를 얻고 있다"고 밝혔다.
