(부산=연합뉴스) 이종민 기자 = 부산시는 출입자명부를 부실하게 관리한 유흥주점 1곳에 집합금지 명령을 내렸다고 14일 밝혔다.

시는 13일 오후 4시 연제구 소재 이 업소에 집합금지 명령을 내리고, 형사 고발했다.

이 업소는 부산시 코로나 역학조사에서 코로나 확진자가 지난 10일 업소를 다녀갔지만 출입자명부에는 인적사항을 누락한 것으로 드러났다.

부산시는 그동안 고위험시설 운영자에게 출입자명부 관리 등 방역수칙을 준수할 것을 요구해왔다.

시는 방역수칙이 제대로 지켜지지 않아 확진자가 발생할 시에는 '원-스트라이크 아웃제'를 적용해 즉시 형사고발 조치와 집합금지 명령을 내리기로 한 바 있다.

해당 업소는 감염병예방법에 따라 300만원 이하 벌금에 처할 수 있다.
