(서울=연합뉴스) 임미나 기자 = 사랑제일교회발 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 집단감염 확산세가 더욱 거세지고 있다.

서울시는 성북구 사랑제일교회 관련 코로나19 확진자가 18일 하루 84명 늘어 서울만 누적 375명이 됐다고 19일 밝혔다.

또 용인시 우리제일교회와 노원구 공릉동 안디옥교회 관련이 각각 3명씩, 양천구 되새김교회 관련이 1명 늘었다.

해외 유입으로 1명, 다른 시·도 확진자 접촉으로 1명이 증가했다.

확진자 수가 급증하면서 감염 경로가 명확하게 파악되지 않은 환자도 크게 늘었다.

신규 확진자 가운데 '기타'로 분류된 환자가 17명, 감염 경로를 조사 중인 환자가 41명이다.

서울의 18일 하루 코로나19 신규 확진자는 151명으로 역대 일일 최다를 기록했다. 이달 15일의 146명 기록을 다시 경신한 것이다.

서울의 일일 신규 확진자 수는 일요일인 16일 90명으로 줄었다가 17일 132명으로 다시 늘어난 데 이어 18일 151명으로 증가세를 이어가고 있다.

또 18일엔 서울시 25개 자치구 모두에서 코로나19 신규 확진자가 나왔다. 이는 코로나19 사태 발생 이후 처음 있는 일이다.

사랑제일교회가 있는 성북구(신규 8명)와 인근 도봉구(8명), 강북구(7명), 동대문구(5명)를 비롯해 사랑제일교회 집단감염이 번진 중랑구(9명)와 노원구(9명), 송파구(11명) 등에서도 확진자가 다수 나왔다.

특히 중랑구에서는 등록교인이 14만명에 이르는 세계 최대 감리교회인 망우동 금란교회 교인 가운데 확진자가 나와 방역당국을 긴장시키고 있다. 이 교회의 한 교인은 확진 전 사랑제일교회에 방문했으며 이후 12일 저녁과 13∼14일 새벽에 금란교회 예배에 참석한 것으로 확인됐다. 이에 따라 14일 금란교회 새벽예배 참석자 등이 검사를 받고 있다.

노원구 공릉동 안디옥교회에서도 사랑제일교회 예배에 다녀온 교인으로부터 전파된 것으로 추정되는 집담감염이 발생해 18일까지 누적 18명이 확진됐다.

서울 발생 코로나19 확진자 누계는 2천360명이 됐다.

이렇게 신규 확진자가 급증하면서 각 자치구 보건소 현장에서는 역학조사 등을 전담하는 인력이 부족해 확진자별 접촉자와 이동 경로 파악, 밀접접촉자 격리, 동선 공개 등 절차가 지체되고 있다.

이와 관련해 서정협 서울시장 권한대행은 이날 브리핑에서 "확진자가 증가하면서 역학조사 등이 어려운 것은 사실"이라며 "중대본(중앙재난안전대책본부) 차원에서도 인력지원을 받고 있고 필요하면 더 요청할 것"이라고 말했다.

또 "역학조사 중 추적 관리는 일반 행정직원들이 할 수 있는 부분이 있어 인력을 더 투입할 계획"이라고 덧붙였다.
