"프로포폴 등 의료용 마약류 불법사용 환자 15명 적발"

마약류 보고 의무 등 위반 병·의원 33곳도 적발해 수사의뢰

(서울=연합뉴스) 계승현 기자 = 식품의약품안전처는 수사기관과 함께 명의도용 등으로 의료용 마약류를 불법 사용한 것으로 의심되는 환자 15명을 적발했다고 18일 밝혔다.

이들 중 한명은 지난해 1월부터 올해 3월까지 15개월 동안 40개 병·의원에서 프로포폴을 총 236회 투약했다.

또 다른 환자는 올해 1월 28일 자로 사망 신고된 사람의 주민등록번호를 도용해 올해 2월부터 3월까지 2회에 걸쳐 수면진정제 총 196정을 처방받았다.

식약처는 마약류 보고 의무 등을 위반한 병·의원 33곳도 적발해 행정처분을 내리고 검찰과 경찰에 수사를 의뢰했다.

본인 명의로 지난해 4월부터 11월까지 8개월 동안 항불안제 4천32정을 처방받거나, 환자에게 프로포폴을 투약하면서 해당 사실을 진료기록부에 기재하지 않은 의사도 적발됐다.

식약처는 지난해 1월부터 올해 3월까지 빅데이터 기반 마약류통합관리시스템에 보고된 의료용 마약류 취급보고 자료를 바탕으로 기획감시 대상을 선정해 조사했다.
