(대전=연합뉴스) 유의주 기자 = 산림청은 집중호우에 따른 산지 태양광발전시설 피해 발생을 막기 위해 이번 주말 현장을 긴급 점검한다.

산지 특별점검단은 지난 5일부터 7일까지 사흘간 중·북부 지역을 중심으로 산사태 발생 위험이 큰 802곳의 산지 태양광발전시설을 점검했다.

주말에는 호우 특보가 내려진 남부지역을 중심으로 지역주민 거주지와 가까운 곳, 농경지·도로 등 재산·기반시설에 2차 피해가 우려되는 곳 등 1천378곳의 안전상태를 추가로 점검할 계획이다.

지역별로는 전남 845곳, 전북 432곳, 경남 101곳이다.

7일 오후 3시 기준 전국 산사태 피해는 809건으로 잠정 집계됐다.

산지 태양광발전시설 피해는 총 8건으로, 토사 유출·농경지 훼손 외 인명피해는 발생하지 않았다.

김용관 산림청 산림복지국장은 "산지 인근 주민의 안전이 가장 중요하다"며 "많은 비로 산지 지반이 약해져 주말 호우에 큰 피해가 우려되는 만큼 인명이나 재산피해가 나지 않도록 긴급점검 등에 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
