(서울=연합뉴스) 송은경 기자 = CJ ENM이 콘텐츠 제작과 유통 환경 악화에 조직 효율성을 강조한 대규모 인사를 단행했다.

CJ ENM은 16일 신형관 음악콘텐츠본부장을 엠넷 '아이랜드' 태스크포스(TF)로, 최진희 스튜디오드래곤 대표를 신설된 CJ ENM 영화·드라마 총괄로 발령했다고 밝혔다.

신 본부장이 맡았던 음악콘텐츠본부장은 허민회 CJ ENM 대표가 겸직한다.

스튜디오드래곤의 신임 대표는 강철구 스튜디오드래곤 경영기획실장과 김영규 제작1국장이 공동으로 맡는다.

신 전 본부장의 TF행은 엠넷 아이돌 서바이벌 '프로듀스' 시리즈 조작 사태에 대한 도의적 책임을 지는 것이자 사실상 경질성 인사로 해석된다.

지난해 경찰이 해당 사건을 수사하던 당시 신 전 본부장 또한 입건돼 사무실을 압수수색 당하기도 했다.

CJ ENM 측은 이번 조직개편 배경에 대해 "급변하는 콘텐츠산업 환경변화에 대한 선제적 대응과 사업별 시너지 최적화를 위한 패러다임 변화 차원"이라고 설명했다.
