경사노위원장 "민주노총, 대화 조건 못 갖춰"…野 "사퇴하라"

(서울=연합뉴스) 류미나 기자 = 경제사회노동위원회(경사노위) 문성현 위원장은 29일 민주노총이 전날 노사정 협약에 불참한 것과 관련, "스스로 사회적 대화를 할 수 있는 조건을 갖추지 않는 한 (참여가) 적절하지 못하다고 판단한다"고 말했다.

문 위원장은 이날 국회 환경노동위원회 업무보고에서 이같이 밝혔다.

문 위원장은 "민주노총 내에서 '반찬이 마음에 들지 않는다고 밥상을 걷어찬 것', '압도적 지지를 받은 직선 위원장을 정파들이 무시하고 있다'는 이야기가 있다"고 주장했다.

그는 이어 사회적 대화 참여 조건에 대해 "대표자가 책임을 질 수 있는 조직, 내가 절실히 필요한 것이 있으면 상대방이 절박한 것 하나 들어줄 수 있는 자세가 되어 있어야 한다"며 "현재 조건으로는 한국노총이 유일하고, 민주노총은 그런 상황을 갖추지 못한 것을 이번에 확인했다"고 말했다.

그러면서 "어제 대통령을 모신 회의에서 앞으로 민주노총 없이 사회적 대화를 확실히 한다는 것으로 현 정부에선 합의를 이뤘다"며 "그렇게 하도록 하겠다"고 재차 확인했다.

통합당 간사인 임이자 의원은 그러나 문 위원장이 이번 사태에 책임을 지고 사퇴할 것을 요구했다.

한국노총 출신인 임 의원은 마이크가 꺼진 채 "한국노총의 참여로 (문 위원장의 책임이) 가벼워지는 것은 아니다"라며 목소리를 높였다.
