(서울=연합뉴스) 문다영 기자 = 박원순 전 서울시장의 인권 침해 행위와 이를 방조한 서울시청 공무원들을 조사해달라며 지난 12일 국가인권위원회에 진정을 낸 사법시험준비생모임(사준모)이 진정을 취하했다.

사준모는 19일 "피해자 측 대리인인 김재련 변호사가 인권위 조사에 응하지 않겠으며 필요시 인권위에 직접 진정을 제기하겠다는 소식을 접했다"며 "인권위에 접수한 제3자 진정을 취하한다"고 밝혔다.

이들은 "피해자가 아닌 사람이 한 진정에서 피해자가 조사를 원하지 아니하는 것이 명백한 경우 진정 각하 사유에 해당한다"며 "인권위가 직권 조사에 임한다고 해도 피해자 측 협조 없이는 업무를 제대로 수행하기 곤란하다고 판단했다"고 취하 사유를 밝혔다.
