'국정농단' 최서원이 설립한 독일 유령회사 대표, 현지서 기소돼

독일 검찰, 삼성이 36억 송금한 비덱스포츠의 전 대표 기소

(베를린=연합뉴스) 이광빈 특파원 = 독일 검찰이 박근혜 정부 당시 '국정농단' 사건의 '비선 실세'인 최서원(개명 전 최순실) 씨가 독일에 설립했던 '비덱스포츠'의 전 대표를 기소했다.

지난 28일 일간 프랑크푸르터알게마이네차이퉁에 따르면 비덱스포츠 전 대표는 2016년 12월부터 2017년 5월 사이 10차례에 걸쳐 2만5천823유로(3천627만원)를 부패 범죄에서 나온 자금이라는 점을 인식하면서도 자신의 계좌로 입금한 혐의를 받고 있다.

기소된 비덱스포츠 전 대표의 이름은 발표되지 않았고 56세로만 전해졌으나, 당시 독일인 크리스티안 캄플라데가 대표를 맡고 있었다. 캄플라데의 나이도 현재 56세다.

캄플라데는 2015년 1월부터 비덱스포츠의 대표를 맡았고 2016년 10월 최 씨 모녀의 주식을 모두 인수했다.

캄플라데는 최 씨의 딸 정유라 씨의 승마코치였다. 사실상 '유령회사'였던 비덱스포츠는 슈미텐 지역에 있는 비덱타우누스호텔을 소유했었다. 비덱스포츠는 현재 폐업 상태다.

당시 삼성전자는 비덱스포츠의 상호 변경 전 회사인 코어스포츠 명의 계좌에 280만유로(당시 환율 36억3천484만원)를 입금했는데, 비덱스포츠 전 대표가 이 자금의 일부를 자신의 계좌로 입금했다는 것이다.

한국 법원은 지난 2017년 1심, 2018년 2심에서 이재용 삼성전자 부회장을 상대로 이 금액을 모두 당시 박근혜 대통령에게 제공한 뇌물로 인정해 유죄를 선고했다.

1심은 비덱스포츠로의 송금액과 정 씨의 말 구입비 34억원 등을 이 부회장이 박 전 대통령에게 제공한 뇌물 공여액으로 판단했지만, 2심은 36억3천484만원만 뇌물 공여액으로 판단했다.

이 부회장은 1심에서 징역 5년을 선고받은 뒤 2심에서 징역 2년6개월에 집행유예 4년으로 형량이 낮아졌으나, 대법원이 이를 파기환송했다.

독일 검찰은 최 씨에 대해선 한국에서 수사가 이뤄진 점을 감안해 기소하지 않았다.

최 씨는 지난 6월 대법원에서 징역 18년에 벌금 200억원, 추징금 63억원이 확정됐다.
