인터넷에서 비아그라 불법 유통한 매형과 처남 '실형'

(울산=연합뉴스) 허광무 기자 = 인터넷에서 비아그라 등 성인 의약품을 불법으로 판매한 혐의 등으로 매형과 처남 관계인 40대 2명이 1심에서 나란히 실형을 선고받았다.

울산지법 형사2단독 유정우 판사는 약사법 위반 등 혐의로 재판에 넘겨진 A(47)씨에게 징역 2년을, B(80)씨에게 징역 1년 4개월을 각각 선고했다고 29일 밝혔다. 재판부는 공범 C(42)씨에게는 같은 혐의를 적용해 징역 8개월에 집행유예 2년을 선고하고, 80시간의 사회봉사를 명령했다.

매형과 처남 사이인 A씨와 B씨는 지난해 7월부터 올해 4월까지 인터넷 성인 의약품 판매사이트를 통해 비아그라 등 1억4천900만원어치를 총 3천140여회에 걸쳐 고객에게 배송해 판매했다.

이들은 지난해 8월에는 직접 성인 의약품 판매 사이트를 개설, 27회에 걸쳐 의약품을 판매하기도 했다.

C씨는 의약품 포장·배송을 담당하거나, 대포통장을 마련하는 등의 수법으로 범행을 도운 것으로 드러났다.

재판부는 "피고인들이 유통한 성인 의약품 수량과 액수가 막대한 점, 그로 인해 상당한 경제적 이익을 취득한 것으로 보이는 점 등을 고려했다"라면서 "특히 A씨는 다른 범죄로 인한 누범기간에 범행했고, B씨와 C씨를 가담 시켜 역할을 분담시키는 등 범행을 주도했다"고 양형 이유를 밝혔다.
