"부동산정책 '잘못한다' 64%…집값 오를 것 61%"[갤럽]

정 평가, 문재인 정부 출범 이후 최고

(서울=연합뉴스) 강민경 기자 = 문재인 정부의 부동산 정책에 대한 부정적 평가가 정부 출범 후 최고치를 기록했다는 조사 결과가 10일 나왔다.

한국갤럽이 8일부터 사흘간 조사한 결과 '정부가 부동산 정책을 잘못하고 있다'는 응답은 64%로, '잘하고 있다'는 답변(17%)에 47%포인트 앞섰다.

부정적 응답은 6·17 대책 발표 전인 지난달 초보다 22%포인트 늘며 문재인 정부 출범 후 최고치를 기록했다.

직전 최고치는 지난해 9월 13일 61%였다. 당시는 정부가 8·27 대책을 내놓은 직후로 서울 집값이 가파르게 상승하던 시기다.

향후 1년 집값 전망에 대해서는 61%가 '오를 것'이라고 답하며 마찬가지로 현 정부 출범 후 최고치를 경신했다.

이는 직전 최고치였던 지난해 12월보다 6%포인트 오른 수치다.

'내릴 것'이라는 응답은 12%에 그쳤고, 18%는 '변화 없을 것'이라고 내다봤다.

정부가 부동산 시장 규제를 현재보다 강화해야 한다는 응답은 50%로 나타났다.

완화해야 한다는 답변은 30%였다.

응답자의 44%는 부동산 관련 세금이 '현재보다 높아야 한다'고 봤다. '낮춰야 한다'는 응답 33%에 비해 11%포인트 높았다.

한국갤럽은 "정부의 부동산 정책 실효성과 별개로 투기 억제·시장 안정화 방향에는 공감하지만, 관련 세금 인상에는 우려의 시선도 적지 않음을 보여준다"고 분석했다.

이번 조사는 만 18세 이상 1천 1백명을 대상으로 진행됐다. 표본오차는 95% 신뢰수준에서 ±3.1%포인트다.
