신규확진 45명중 서울 21명…지역발생 다시 증가·해외유입 지속(종합)

(서울=연합뉴스) 신선미 기자 = 서울의 한 요양시설에서 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 확진자가 무더기로 나오면서 21일 일일 신규 확진자 수는 40명대로 다시 늘었다.

해외유입 사례가 꾸준히 나오는 상황에서 지역발생 환자까지 크게 증가하면서 양쪽 모두 20명대를 기록했다.

◇ 신규확진자 다시 40명대로…요양시설 집단감염 영향으로 서울서 확진자 잇따라

중앙방역대책본부는 이날 0시 기준으로 코로나19 신규 확진자가 45명 늘어 누적 1만3천816명이라고 밝혔다.

전날에는 지역발생이 한 자릿수로 급감하면서 신규 확진자 수가 26명으로 줄었지만, 서울을 중심으로 확진 사례가 잇따르면서 하루 만에 다시 40명대로 올라섰다. 신규확진자 45명의 감염경로는 해외유입이 25명, 지역발생이 20명이다.

이중 지역발생이 전날 4명에서 20명으로 급증했는데 시도별로 나눠보면 서울에서 18명, 경기·제주에서 각 1명씩 나왔다.

서울의 경우 강서구 방화1동 노인 주·야간 보호시설인 '강서중앙데이케어센터'의 집단감염 영향이 컸다. 이 센터에서는 지난 19일 첫 확진자가 나온 뒤 전날 8명이 추가로 양성 판정을 받았다.

제주 확진자는 앞서 제주를 방문한 서울 광진구 20번 확진자로 인해 감염된 것으로 추정된다.

◇ 해외유입 25명 중 18명 검역서 확진…미국·필리핀·카자흐스탄 등서 유입

해외유입 확진자 25명의 경우 18명은 공항이나 항만 검역 과정에서 확진됐고, 나머지 7명은 서울(3명)과 대구(2명), 경기·경북(각 1명) 지역 거주지나 임시생활시설에서 자가격리 중 양성 판정을 받았다.

이들의 유입추정 국가를 보면 미국 5명, 필리핀·카자흐스탄 4명, 일본 2명, 브라질·벨라루스·영국·잠비아·알제리·이라크·인도·쿠웨이트·레바논·러시아 각 1명씩이다.

해외유입 확진자는 지난달 26일 이후 26일째 두 자릿수로 집계됐다.

해외유입(검역 제외)과 지역발생을 합쳐보면 수도권이 23명이다. 전국적으로는 5개 시·도에서 확진자가 나왔다.

이날 신규 확진자 45명 가운데 남성이 25명, 여성이 20명이다.

연령별로는 20대 확진자가 12명으로 가장 많았고 30대와 70대가 각 8명씩 총 16명, 50대 5명, 80세 이상 4명 등이다.

이날 0시까지 격리해제된 환자는 71명 늘어 총 1만2천643명이 됐다. 격리치료 중인 확진자는 26명 줄어 877명이 됐다.

현재까지 코로나19 검사를 받은 사람은 누적 148만2천390명이다. 이 가운데 144만4천710명이 음성판정을 받았고 나머지 2만3천864명은 결과를 기다리고 있다.

한편 사망자는 전날 나오지 않아 누적 296명을 유지했다. 국내 코로나19 치명률은 2.14%다.
