신규확진 41명 서울-경기서만 29명…지역-해외발 감염 지속 확산(종합)

지역발생 28명·해외유입 13명…러 선원 32명 확진사례는 반영안돼

서울 21명·경기 8명·부산-대구-광주-경남 각 2명·경북 1명 발생

사망자 1명 늘어 총 298명…교회·노인시설·군부대 등 곳곳서 감염

(서울=연합뉴스) 김예나 기자 = 수도권을 중심으로 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 확진자가 속출하면서 24일 일일 신규 확진자 수는 40명대를 기록했다.

직전 이틀(63명, 59명)에 비해서는 줄었지만 교회와 노인시설, 군부대, 사무실 등을 고리로 지역감염이 계속 퍼져나가는 상황이라 확진자 규모는 언제든 다시 커질 수 있다.

해외유입 역시 일시적으로 감소했으나 부산항 입항 러시아 선원 32명 집단확진 사례가 아직 반영되지 않은 통계여서 앞으로 다시 늘어날 수밖에 없을 것으로 보인다.

◇ 지역발생, 해외유입의 배 넘어…교회·노인시설·군부대 곳곳 감염 전파

중앙방역대책본부는 이날 0시 기준으로 코로나19 신규 확진자가 41명 늘어 누적 1만3천979명이라고 밝혔다.

신규 확진자의 감염경로를 보면 지역발생이 28명으로, 해외유입 13명의 배를 넘었다.

지역발생 확진자를 시도별로 나눠보면 서울 19명, 경기 5명 등 수도권에서만 24명이 나왔다. 광주, 부산에서도 각각 2명씩 확진 판정을 받았다.

구체적인 감염 사례를 보면 서울 송파구 사랑교회에서는 지난 20일 첫 확진자가 나온 이후 교인을 중심으로 감염자가 연이어 나오면서 전날 오후 2시 기준으로 서울·경기 등에서 최소 18명이 확진된 것으로 알려졌다.

서울 강서구 노인 주야간 보호시설인 강서중앙데이케어센터에서도 전날까지 누적 확진자가 20명으로 늘어난 상황이다.

경기도 포천의 전방부대 집단감염 사례에서도 병사 14명, 부대내 교육 및 상담 담당 강사 2명과 가족 등 총 17명이 감염된 데 이어 인근 다른 부대에서도 병사 1명이 추가로 확진 판정을 받았다.

◇ 해외유입, 한 달 가까이 두 자릿수

해외유입 사례는 이달 19일(13명) 이후 닷새 만에 10명대로 떨어졌지만 6월 26일부터 29일째 두 자릿수를 나타내고 있다.

해외유입 신규 확진자 13명 가운데 3명은 공항이나 항만 검역 과정에서 발견됐고, 나머지 10명은 경기(3명), 서울(2명), 대구(2명), 경남(2명), 경북(1명) 지역 거주지나 임시생활시설에서 자가격리 중 양성 판정을 받았다.

이들의 유입 추정 국가 및 지역은 미국과 우즈베키스탄 각 3명, 필리핀 2명, 브라질·인도네시아 ·이라크·쿠웨이트·뉴질랜드발 각 1명이다.

해외유입(검역 제외)과 지역발생을 합쳐보면 서울 21명, 경기 8명 등 수도권에서만 29명이 나왔다. 전국적으로는 7개 시·도에서 확진자가 나왔다.

이와 별개로 이날 통계에는 포함되지 않았지만 지난 8일 부산항 북항 신선대부두에 들어온 러시아 어선 P호(7천733t·승선원 94명) 선원에 대한 검사 결과 32명이 이날 오전 양성 판정을 받은 것으로 확인돼 해외유입 확산에 대한 우려가 커지고 있다.

◇ 60대 신규 확진자 11명…위중·중증환자 16명

신규 확진자 41명의 연령대는 60대가 11명으로 가장 많고 이어 50대(8명), 40대(6명), 30대(5명) 등의 순이다. 80세 이상 고령 환자도 2명이 새로 확진됐다.

코로나19 사망자는 1명 늘어 총 298명이 됐다. 방역당국은 80세 남성이 대구 경북대병원에서 입원 치료를 받던 중 22일 숨졌다고 밝혔다.

이날 0시까지 격리해제된 환자는 59명 늘어 1만2천817명이 됐다. 반면 격리치료 중인 환자는 19명 줄어 864명이며, 이중 위중·중증환자는 16명이다.

현재까지 코로나19 검사를 받은 사람은 총 151만327명이다. 이 가운데 147만5천789명은 음성 판정을 받았고 나머지 2만559명은 결과를 기다리고 있다.
