(부산=연합뉴스) 차근호 박성제 김선호 기자 = 부산에 시간당 80㎜가 넘는 폭우가 쏟아진 데다 만조 시간까지 겹쳐 도심이 물바다로 변한 가운데 침수된 지하차도에 갇힌 차량에서 구조된 2명이 치료 중 숨졌다.

산사태, 옹벽 붕괴, 주택과 지하차도 등이 침수돼 10여 명이 고립됐다가 구조됐고, 많은 차량이 물에 잠겼고 수십명의 이재민이 발생했다.

기차·전철 일부 구간이 운행 중단되고 지하철역이 침수돼 전동차가 무정차 통과하는 일도 있었다.

집중호우 동해선 해운대~일광 운행 중단

23일 부산지방기상청에 따르면 오후 11시 50분 현재 강우량은 해운대 211㎜를 비롯해 기장 204㎜, 동래 191㎜, 중구 176㎜, 사하 172㎜ 북항 164㎜, 영도 142㎜, 금정구 136㎜ 등 부산 전역에 물 폭탄이 쏟아졌다.

사하구의 경우는 시간당 86㎜의 장대비가 단시간에 쏟아졌고, 해운대 84.5㎜, 중구 81.6㎜, 남구 78.5㎜, 북항 69㎜ 등 기록적인 시간당 강우량을 보였다.

차량 침수 잇따르는 부산

지하차도·주차장 등이 폭우에 침수되는 바람에 차량에 고립된 이들이 가까스로 구조됐지만 안타깝게도 2명이 숨졌다.

이날 오후 10시 18분께 동구 초량동 부산역 제1지하차도에서 차량 여러 대가 순식간에 잠겼다.

당시 차량에는 8명이 있었는데 갑자기 불어난 물에 문을 제때 열지 못했던 것으로 알려졌다.

119 구조대원이 도착해 차 안에 있던 사람들을 구조했다.

동천 범람으로 물에 갇힌 주민

하지만 60대 추정 남성과 30대 추정 여성은 익수 상태에서 발견돼 심폐소생술을 받으며 병원으로 옮겨졌지만 사망했다.

비슷한 시각 해운대구 우동 노보텔 지하주차장에서도 급류에 휩쓸린 3명이 구조됐다.

앞서 오후 9시 45분께는 기장군 기장읍 동부리 한 이면도로에서 산사태가 발생해 1명이 구조됐다.

해운대구 반여동에서 산사태가 발생해 구청에서 피해 상황을 확인 중이다.

오후 9시 26분께는 수영구 광안동에서 옹벽이 무너져 주택을 덮치는 아찔한 일도 있었다.

다행히 주택에 있던 2명은 구조됐고 인근 주민은 긴급 대피했다.

오후 11시 30분 연제구 연산동 한 요양원 지하도 침수돼 3명이 구조되기도 했다.

버스까지 물바다된 부산

오후 9시 20분께는 남구 용당동 미륭레미콘 앞 도로가 맞은 편 야산에서 흘러내린 토사에 막혀 통제됐다.

비슷한 시각 중구 배수지 체육공원 높이 2ｍ, 길이 40여ｍ 담벼락이 넘어져 주차된 차량 4대가 파손됐다.

특히 시간당 최대 80㎜를 넘는 폭우에 만조시간(오후 10시 32분)까지 겹쳐 침수 피해가 컸다.

오후 9시 28분께 동구 범일동 자성대아파트가 침수되면서 주민 50여명이 긴급 대피했다.

지난 10일 범람해 큰 피해가 났던 도심하천 동천은 이날 다시 범람해 차량과 주변 일대가 침수됐다.

불어난 물에 수정천도 범람해 주변 상가나 주택이 침수 피해를 입었다.

부산시는 동천과 수정천 인근 주민에게 대피하라는 재난 문자를 보냈다.

도시철도 1호선 부산역 지하상가와 역사도 침수돼 전동차가 무정차 통과했다.

동해남부선 선로도 침수돼 부전∼남창 구간 무궁화호 열차, 신해운대∼일광 구간에서 전철이 각각 운행 중지됐다.

수영구 광안리 해변 도로는 바닷물과 불어난 빗물이 뒤섞여 침수되면서 해수욕장 구분이 힘들었다.

연산동 홈플러스 인근 교차로, 센텀시티 등 도심 도로 대부분에서 허벅지나 허리 높이까지 물이 차올라 운행하던 차량이 운행에 어려움을 겪었다.

옹벽 붕괴로 아수라장

침수된 도로를 운행하는 시내버스 안까지 물이 들어차 승객이 좌석 위에 서 있는 모습도 보였다.

해운대 중동 지하차도 역시 침수돼 차량 1대가 고립됐다가 운전자가 긴급 대피하기도 했다.

이외에 초량 1, 2 지하차도, 부산진시장 지하차도, 남구 우암로, 사상구청 교차로, 광무교∼서면교차로 등이 침수되는 등 부산 전역에서 도로가 부분, 전면 통제되고 있다.

구포대교 수위는 홍수주의보 기준인 4ｍ에 못 미치는 2.9ｍ를 기록 중이다.

하지만 전국에 폭우가 쏟아져 낙동강 수위는 더 올라갈 것으로 보인다.

이날 오후 11시 기준 부산소방재난본부에 총 104건의 비 피해 신고가 접수됐다.

기상청은 24일 새벽까지 시간당 50∼90㎜ 내외, 25일까지 200㎜ 이상의 비가 내릴 것으로 예보했다.
