(서울=연합뉴스) 강민경 기자 = 한상혁 방송통신위원장 후보자와 미래통합당 박성중 의원이 20일 고(故) 박원순 전 서울시장 성추행 사건 피해자의 2차 가해에 대한 대처를 놓고 신경전을 벌였다.

국회 과학기술정보방송통신위원회의 이날 한 후보자 인사청문회에서 박 의원은 "(박 전 시장) 극성 지지자에 의해 피해자의 2차 피해가 심각하다"며 2차 가해로 볼 수 있는 영상물을 공개했다.

그러면서 "2차 가해를 일삼는 편향된 방송과 SNS가 계속 나와도 되겠냐"고 한 후보자에게 물었다.

이에 한 후보자는 "제가 아니어도 나서는 사람이 많지 않으냐"고 했다.

이 같은 답변에 박 의원이 강하게 항의했으나, 한 후보자는 "방통위원장으로서 방송에 나오는 콘텐츠 등에 대해 간섭하는 것은 부적절하다고 생각한다"며 물러서지 않았다.

설전이 오간 뒤 박 의원은 의사진행 발언을 얻어 "한 후보자가 비꼬는 투로 말하는데, 상당히 기분이 언짢다. 공직자의 자세가 아니다"라며 답변 태도를 문제 삼았다.

나아가 "피해자를 향한 2차 가해가 많지만 3차 가해자로 느껴진다"고도 했다.

결국 한 후보자는 "제 표현이 과했던 부분에 대해 사과 말씀드린다. 죄송하다"고 한발 물러섰다.
