도쿄 코로나 신규 확진 295명…일본 누적 3만명 넘어서

(도쿄=연합뉴스) 박세진 특파원 = 일본 수도 도쿄도(都)에서 300명에 육박하는 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 신규 확진자가 나왔다.

고이케 유리코(小池百合子) 도쿄도 지사는 25일 PCR(유전자증폭) 검사에서 새롭게 코로나19 양성 판정을 받은 사람이 295명이라고 밝혔다.

도쿄에서 하루 신규 확진자 수가 200명을 넘은 것은 지난 21일 이후 5일째다.

이에 따라 지난 7일간 도쿄 지역의 신규 확진자는 1천752명 늘어 하루 평균 250명꼴로 증가한 셈이 됐다.

또 지금까지 도쿄의 누적 확진자 수는 1만975명이 됐다.

이날 오후 4시 현재(NHK 집계 기준) 일본 전역에서 발표된 신규 확진자는 도쿄 295명을 포함해 468명이다.

일본 전체 누적 확진자 수는 지난 2월 요코하마(橫浜)에 입항한 뒤 집단 감염이 확인된 유람선 '다이아몬드 프린세스' 승선자(712명)를 포함해 3만208명을 기록하며 이날 3만명을 넘어섰다.

사망자는 유람선 승선자 13명 등 총 1천7명이다.

일본에선 광역지자체별로 신규 확진자 현황을 발표하기 때문에 이날 최종 확진자 수는 더 늘어날 전망이다.

한편 주일미군 기지에서도 감염이 확산하고 있다.

오키나와(沖繩)현은 이날 후텐마(普天間)기지와 캠프 한센 등 주일미군 시설에서 하루 확진자 수로는 가장 많은 총 64명의 감염이 확인됐다는 연락을 미군 측으로부터 받았다고 밝혔다.

지금까지 오키나와에서 감염 판정을 받은 미군 관계자는 총 229명이 되면서 오키나와 주민 감염자 수(186명)를 넘어섰다.
