전국 미분양 2만9천채…5년 1개월만에 최저

(세종=연합뉴스) 윤종석 기자 = 전국의 미분양 주택이 5년 1개월 만에 최저 수준으로 줄었다.

국토교통부는 6월 말 기준으로 전국 미분양 주택이 총 2만9천262채로 집계됐다고 30일 밝혔다.

이는 전달(3만3천894채)에 비해선 13.7%, 작년 동월(6만3천705채) 대비로는 54.1% 각각 감소한 것이다.

미분양 물량은 2015년 5월 2만8천여채 수준을 기록한 이후 5년 1개월 만에 최저치로 내렸다.

수도권 미분양은 2천772채로 전달(3천16호) 대비 8.1% 줄었고 지방은 2만6천490채로 전달(3만878채)보다 14.2% 감소했다.

지방의 미분양 물량은 작년 8월 5만2천54채를 기록한 이후 10개월 연속 감소세를 보이고 있다. 작년 동월(5만2천97채)에 비해선 49.2% 줄어든 것이다.

85㎡ 초과 중대형 미분양은 전달(2천675호) 대비 19.0% 감소한 2천167채, 85㎡ 이하는 전달(3만1천219채) 대비 13.2% 줄어든 2만7천95채다.

그러나 '준공 후 미분양'은 총 18,718채로 전달 1만5천788채보다 18.6% 증가한 것으로 집계됐다.

준공 후 미분양은 건물이 완공되고 나서도 입주자를 찾지 못해 악성 미분양으로 불린다.
