(전주=연합뉴스) 임채두 정경재 나보배 기자 = 하늘에 구멍이 뚫린 듯 사흘째 굵은 빗줄기가 쏟아진 전북에 주택 침수와 산사태 등 피해가 속출했다.

밤사이 내륙을 중심으로 최대 200㎜의 큰 비가 또 내릴 것으로 보여 농작물과 시설물 관리에 각별한 주의가 요구된다.

30일 전주기상지청에 따르면 지난 28일부터 이날 오후 5시까지 내린 비의 양은 진안 235㎜, 전주 완산 234㎜, 완주 225.6㎜, 임실 신덕 217.5㎜, 순창 166.9㎜, 장수 163.6㎜, 무주 158.5㎜, 부안 156㎜ 등을 기록했다.

완주 지역은 이날 오전 한때 시간당 100.4㎜의 앞이 보이지 않을 정도의 기록적 폭우가 쏟아지기도 했다.

전북 전역에 내려졌던 호우 특보는 이날 오후 들어 비가 잦아들면서 모두 해제됐다.

가파르게 오른 수위로 만경강에 내려진 홍수경보는 이날 오후 4시를 기해 주의보로 대체됐고, 전주천에 내려진 홍수주의보는 해제됐다.

폭우로 발생한 산사태

연일 쏟아진 굵은 장대비에 피해는 점차 늘어나고 있다.

전북도는 이날 오후 4시까지 28건의 비 피해가 발생했다고 밝혔다.

연일 내린 비에 토사가 쏟아진 완주군 상관면과 구이면, 임실군 신덕면 도로가 한때 통제됐고, 남원시 주천면과 진안군 진안읍에서는 산사태 피해가 발생했다.

정읍시 칠보면에서는 무너진 토사가 주택을 덮치면서 벽이 무너져 내렸다. 집 안에 있던 주민 3명은 마을회관으로 무사히 대피한 것으로 전해졌다.

전북도는 이재민에게 구호금과 구호 물품을 지원하고 주택 토사 제거 등 복구를 돕기로 했다.

주택과 농작물 침수 피해도 속출했다.

무주군 부남면과 완주군 고산면의 주택 8동이 집중호우로 침수돼 주민들이 대피했다. 주택 파손은 없어 배수 작업이 마무리되는 대로 이들 주민 모두 귀가할 예정이라고 전북도는 전했다.

진안과 무주의 인삼밭, 고창과 부안, 완주지역 논 등 212.4㏊가 물에 잠겨 배수 작업이 이뤄지고 있다. 오전 동안 많은 비가 집중된 전주와 완주지역 상가 일부도 침수 피해를 본 것으로 파악됐다.

이 밖에 나무 쓰러짐과 맨홀 역류, 신호등 고장, 인도·도로 침수 등의 피해도 경찰과 소방당국 등에 다수 접수됐다.

장대비가 쏟아지면서 도내 국립공원과 도립공원의 탐방로 130개는 모두 통제됐다.

전주와 정읍, 남원, 김제, 장수, 순창 등 6개 시·군의 8개 강변 주차장과 전주 시내 다리 밑 도로(언더패스) 등 도로 20곳도 통제 중이다.

현재까지 사망·부상 등 인명피해는 없는 것으로 집계됐다.

비는 31일 오전까지 50∼150㎜, 지리산 등 많은 곳은 200㎜ 이상 더 내릴 것으로 예보돼 시간이 갈수록 피해는 더 늘어날 것으로 보인다.

전북도와 전주시는 안전 안내 문자 통해 산사태나 상습 침수 등 위험 지역에서 대피하고 외출을 자제할 것을 당부했다.

하천 둔치, 지하 차도 등 침수 우려 지역 통행도 금지했다.

전북도 관계자는 "밤새 내린 비로 인한 피해 신고가 계속해서 들어오고 있다"며 "지반이 약해진 구간이 많으므로 산사태 등 피해에 각별히 유의해 달라"고 당부했다.
