(서울=연합뉴스) 강애란 기자 = 정부는 최근 2주간 국내에서 발생한 하루 평균 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 확진자가 30명대에서 10명대로 내려왔다고 26일 밝혔다.

중앙재난안전대책본부(중대본)에 따르면 12일부터 25일까지 최근 2주간 발생한 일일 평균 확진자 수는 19.9명으로, 직전 2주간(6.28∼7.11)의 31.8명에 비해 11.9명 감소했다.

감염경로를 명확하게 알 수 없는 '깜깜이' 환자 비율은 같은 기간 8.5%에서 6.3%대로 내려왔다. 방역망 내 환자 관리 비율도 80%에 근접하고 있다. 집단감염 발생 건수도 12건에서 8건으로 줄었다.

지역적으로는 수도권에서 노인시설, 교회, 군부대 등의 산발적인 집단감염이 이어지면서 일평균 환자 수가 15.4명으로 직전 2주(15명)와 비슷한 수준을 유지했다. 반면 대전·충남, 광주·전남 등에서 환자가 뚜렷하게 감소했다.

해외유입 확진자는 큰 폭으로 증가했다. 최근 2주간 일일 평균은 31.4명으로, 직전 2주보다 11.8명이 증가했다.

최근 이라크에서 귀국한 우리 건설 근로자와 부산항에 입항한 러시아 국적의 선박에서 다수가 확진 판정을 받은 영향이 크다.

정부는 러시아 선박 등 국내 입항 선박에서 다수의 확진자가 지속해 나오자 향후 방역강화 대상 국가를 확대하고, 이들 국가에서 출항한 선박의 선원은 출항 48시간 이내에 발급받은 PCR(유전자증폭) 진단검사 음성확인서 제출을 의무화하기로 했다.

현재 방역강화 대상 국가는 방글라데시와 파키스탄, 카자흐스탄, 키르기스스탄, 필리핀, 우즈베키스탄 등 6곳이다.

아울러 정부는 선원의 국내 상륙을 진단검사 결과 확인 후 음성일 경우에만 허가하는 등 하선 선원의 상륙 허가도 최소화하기로 했다.

이는 부산항 신선부두에 정박 중인 러시아 선박 페트르원호(7천733t·승선원 94명)에서 선원 32명이 확진된 데 이어, 이 선박에 작업차 승선했던 수리공과 지인까지 지역사회 누적 확진자가 9명으로 늘어난 데 따른 조치다.

중대본은 "러시아 선박 수리과정에서 국내 근로자가 감염된 사례처럼 사각지대가 발생하는 경우가 있다"며 "국내 입항 선박 선원 관리 등 해외유입 관리를 더욱 강화하겠다"고 말했다.
