지역감염도 지속 확산…"코로나19 장기전, 피할 수 없는 숙명"(종합)

수도권 사무실·노인복지시설·교회 등 곳곳서 감염 전파 이어져

부산 신선부두 러 선박 관련 한국인 수리공 현재까지 8명 확진

코로나19 신규확진자 115일 만에 100명대로 급증

방역당국은 코로나19와의 '긴 싸움'은 피할 수 없는 숙명이라며 거리두기, 마스크 착용 등 기본적인 방역 수칙을 잘 지켜달라고 거듭 당부했다.

◇ 사무실·노인시설·교회 곳곳서 감염 이어져…정부서울청사서도 첫 확진자

중앙방역대책본부(방대본)는 25일 낮 12시 기준으로 서울 종로구의 '신명투자'와 관련해 총 9명의 확진자가 나왔다고 밝혔다. 첫 환자(지표 환자)는 지난 19일 확진 판정을 받았다.

방대본은 "지표 환자는 이달 13일 증상이 나타난 뒤 14일 병원에서 진료를 받았으나 4일이나 지난 18일에 검사를 했다"며 "의심 증상이 있을 때는 적극적으로 검사를 받아달라"고 요청했다.

강서구의 노인 주야간 보호시설인 강서중앙데이케어센터에서도 이용자 2명과 실습생 1명 등 3명이 추가로 확진 판정을 받아 누적 확진자가 24명으로 늘어났다.

강남구의 부동산 관련 회사인 '유환 DnC'와 관련해서도 기존 확진자의 가족 3명이 추가로 감염돼 누적 확진자는 16명으로 늘었다.

관악구 사무실 감염 사례에서도 가족·지인 등이 추가로 감염돼 누적 확진자는 36명이 됐다.

송파구 사랑교회에서는 1명이 추가로 감염돼 지금까지 총 19명의 확진자가 발생했다. 이중 지표환자를 비롯해 교인이 17명이다.

이 밖에 종로구 정부서울청사에서도 확진자가 나와 역학조사가 진행 중이다.

확진자는 청사 3층 개인정보보호위원회에 근무하는 공무원으로, 현재 접촉자 57명에 대한 조사가 진행 중이다.

부산항, 러시아선박 선원 32명 집단 확진

◇ 러 선박 선원 베개서 바이러스 검출…"국민 모두 단결해 장기전 대비해야"

러시아 선원 30여명이 무더기로 확진된 부산항 입항 원양어선 페트르원호(7천733t·승선원 94명)와 관련해서도 선박 수리 작업을 한 내국인 1명이 확진된 이후 7명이 더 감염돼 지금까지 총 8명의 환자가 발생했다.

페트르원호 내부의 조리실과 선원 공간 등에서 검체 12개를 채취해 검사한 결과 확진 판정을 받은 선원의 베개에서도 바이러스가 검출됐다.

페트르원호를 포함해 현재 부산항에 정박해 있는 러시아 국적 선박 전체를 검사한 결과 선원 426명 가운데 40명이 감염된 것으로 파악됐다. 선박별로는 페트르원호가 32명이고 앞서 확진 판정을 받은 미스로보스바호 2명, 크론스타스키호 6명이다.

한편 방역당국은 이날 신규 확진자 수가 100명대로 급증한 것은 해외유입 확진자 증가에 따른 것일 뿐 국내 지역사회의 코로나19 유행이 다시 확산하는 것은 아니라고 강조했다.

권준욱 부본부장은 "오늘 확진자 통계만 놓고 보면 갑작스러운 세 자릿수 환자 발생 증가에 대해 놀랐겠지만 국내 지역사회를 통한 환자 발생이 아닌 점을 이해해달라"고 당부했다.

권 부본부장은 특히 이라크 근로자 귀국과 관련해 "사실상 전 세계가 코로나19 위기에 빠진 지금 우리 국민의 생명을 구출하기 위한 것"이라고 강조하면서 이들이 머무르는 임시생활시설 인근 주민들의 배려와 협조에 감사함을 표했다.

권 부본부장은 코로나19와의 '장기전'은 피할 수 없는 운명이라고 강조했다.

권 부본부장은 "코로나19 유행의 절정이 아직도 오지 않았다는 위기감을 매일 갖게 된다. 과거 코로나19 모범국이었지만 이제는 그렇지 않은 국가 이름이 열거되는 것을 보면 방역 실무자로서 무거운 마음을 갖게 된다"고 말했다.

이어 "이제 코로나19와의 장기전은 전 세계 모든 국가에 피할 수 없는 숙명"이라며 "가장 과학적이고 현명하게 대처하면서 피해를 최소화하는 게 중요하고 이를 위해 모든 국민이 단결해서 장기전에 대비해야 한다"고 덧붙였다.
