(부산=연합뉴스) 차근호 기자 = 부산지역에 7월 들어 역대급 장맛비가 잇따라 우려가 커지고 있다.

24일 기상청 방재기상정보시스템에 따르면 23일 내린 집중호우는 시간당 강수량이 1920년 이래 10번째로 많은 81.6㎜를 기록했다.

1위는 2008년 106㎜였고, 2011년 96㎜, 2009년 90㎜ 등의 시간당 집중호우를 기록한 바 있다.

최근 20년을 기준으로 하면 23일 시간당 집중호우는 역대 5번째 기록이고, 이달 10일과 22일 내린 비도 10위와 11위를 나란히 기록하고 있다.

하루 강수량도 최근 20년 기준으로 이달 10일이 6위, 23일이 7위를 나란히 차지하고 있다.

강한 비가 연일 쏟아지면서 아직 7월이 끝나지 않았는데도 월 강수량은 650.1㎜에 달하며 최근 20년을 통틀어 2위에 올랐다.

1위는 2009년으로 월 강수량이 866.1㎜를 기록했다.

부산기상청 한 관계자는 "평년과는 달리 올해는 찬 기단이 북쪽에 버티고 있어 북태평양 고기압이 북상하지 못하고 남해상에서 버티고 있다"면서 "정체전선이 남해안에서 계속 머물며 많은 비를 뿌리면서 피해가 집중되고 있다"고 밝혔다.

침수된 부산 지하차도 인명구조…1명 숨져

한편, 23일 내린 비로 부산 대부분의 도로가 침수되면서 2명이 지하차도에 갇혀 숨지고, 산사태, 옹벽 붕괴, 주택과 지하차도 등의 침수로 수십명의 이재민이 발생했다.
