러시아 코로나19 신규확진 9일째 5천명대…누적 82만명 넘어(종합)

내달 1일부터 국제선 항공 운항 부분 재개…한국과도 재개 가능성

(모스크바=연합뉴스) 유철종 특파원 = 28일(현지시간) 러시아의 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 일일 신규 확진자가 9일째 5천명대에 머물며 큰 폭의 추가 하락세로 이어지지 않고 있다.

누적 확진자는 82만명을 넘어 미국, 브라질, 인도에 이어 여전히 세계 4위 규모를 유지하고 있다.

러시아 정부의 코로나19 유입·확산방지 대책본부는 이날 "지난 하루 동안 모스크바를 포함한 전국 84개 지역에서 5천395명이 새로 감염돼 누적 확진자가 82만3천515명으로 늘었다"고 밝혔다.

러시아의 신규 확진자는 지난 4월 말 이후 급증하기 시작해 5월 초순에는 한때 1만1천명을 넘어 정점을 찍었다.

이후 점진적 하락세로 돌아서 지난달 26일 6천명대(6천800명)로 내려왔으나, 이달 19일까지 24일 동안 비슷한 수준을 유지하며 좀처럼 6천명 선 아래로 내려오지 않다가 20일에야 5천명대(5천940명)로 떨어졌다.

이날 수도 모스크바에서는 674명의 신규 확진자가 나와 누적 확진자가 23만9천315명으로 집계됐다.

전국의 코로나19 사망자는 하루 동안 150명이 늘어 모두 1만3천504명으로 증가했다.

대책본부에 따르면 지난 하루 동안 8천888명이 퇴원하면서 지금까지 모두 61만2천217명이 완치됐다. 완치율은 74%를 넘었다.

진단검사는 하루 20~30만 건 정도씩 꾸준히 이루어져 이날 현재 누적 검사 건수가 2천730만 건을 기록했다.

코로나19 대규모 확산 상황이 여전한 가운데 각 지역 정부가 제한조치를 속속 해제해 나가고 있어 재확산 우려도 남아있다.

러시아 정부는 지난 3월 말부터 3개월 이상 중단했던 국제선 정기 항공편 운항을 다음 달 1일부터 재개할 방침이다.

우선 영국, 터키, 탄자니아 등 3개국이 1차 운항 재개 대상국으로 선정됐다.

한국과도 운행 재개를 협의하고 있으나 아직 구체적 일정에 대해선 합의가 이루어지지 않은 것으로 전해졌다.

타스 통신 등은 이날 러시아가 2차 운항 재개 대상국으로 한국, 몰디브, 헝가리 등을 검토하고 있다고 전했다.

일부 현지 언론은 8월부터 모스크바-인천 노선에 러시아 국영항공사 아에로플로트가 주 1회 운항을 재개할 가능성이 있다고 보도했다.

인테르팍스 통신은 자체 소식통을 인용해 "러시아 측은 협상에 열려 있으나, 러시아인들을 받아들이겠다는 상대국들의 공식적 해답은 아직 없는 상태"라고 소개했다.

러시아는 상호주의 원칙에 근거해 항공 운항을 재개한다는 방침이다. 즉, 러시아가 운항 재개를 허가하면 상대국도 같은 조치를 취해야 한다는 것이다.

하지만 한국 방역 당국으로선 러시아에서 여전히 대규모 확진자가 나오고 있는 데다가, 국내 입항 러시아 선원들의 확진 사례도 이어지고 있어 항공 운항 재개에 부담을 느끼고 있는 것으로 보인다.
