(서울=연합뉴스) 김다혜 기자 = 한국자산관리공사(캠코)는 오는 13일부터 15일까지 온비드(온라인 공공자산처분시스템) 사이트를 통해 1천256억원 규모의 압류재산 1천225건을 공매한다고 9일 밝혔다.

공매 물건 중 아파트, 주택 등 주거용 건물은 197건이다. 최저 입찰가가 5억6천만원인 서울 광진구 그린아파트와 5억3천만원인 인천 남동구 간석래미안자이아파트 등이 포함됐다.

공매 대상은 세무서나 지방자치단체 등 공공기관이 체납세액을 징수하기 위해 캠코에 공매를 의뢰한 물건이다.

이번에는 감정가의 70% 이하인 물건이 283건 포함됐다.

다만 입찰할 때는 권리 분석에 유의해야 한다. 낙찰 후 임차인에 대한 명도 책임은 매수자에게 있다.
